Where Were We? Oh, Summer... Of Course!

My last post was from my summer vacation so let's take it from there! Particularly coz I want to show you this dress:D I've made it a few years back, I loved to make stretchable dresses. I'm glad I found this one in my closet coz it would still fit after I put on a few extra killos (take my word for it!)- and that is something I can't say about many of my old clothes.

These pictures are from the beautiful Balcik, Bulgaria, a little trip I took with my friends along the Black Sea shore which happened to be on my birthday. Gotta tell you, Balcik is breath taking. And it was my first time in Bulgaria yay!

We visited Queen Maria's Castle there and walked through the mysterious gardens surrounding the place. I look like a tourist that's taking sightseeing seriously, don't I? :)) Not just posing, gotta tell you, not just posing...

This dress inspired one of my latest knot necklaces as well - fresh and vibrant combo - here they are together. Speaking of necklaces, this last year, just like the previous one, I let myself get captivated by accessories. Captivated as in charmed but also as in trapped :D A part of me is thinking about clothes all the time, but with only 365 days at my disposal, when to find time for them? Maybe in these next 365... I can't say "no more accessories" coz I love designing them as well, but I need to move forward with my clothing projects too. I definitely think that my experience with fabric jewelry showed me detailing and intricacy in a new light, and I can't wait to use some of that flavor in my clothing designs too. So that's like my new year resolution:) What's yours?
